The terms governing your use of the WaveFront website, products and services.

1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website wave-front.net (the "Website") and the products and services offered by WaveFront LLC-FZ, a free-zone company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, with its address at The Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("WaveFront", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or the services.

2. Our Products and Services

WaveFront provides security products and professional services, including:

  • Secure Vault — zero-knowledge encrypted storage for sensitive information, with optional inheritance and emergency-access features;
  • Hardened Devices — pre-configured secure workstations;
  • Multisig Wallet — self-custody multi-signature cryptocurrency wallet software that operates with third-party hardware wallets;
  • Professional services — security consulting, secure storage setup, training, maintenance and security drills.

Individual products may be subject to additional product-specific terms, order forms or service agreements. In case of conflict, the product-specific terms prevail for that product.

Access to certain products is provided on an invitation or subscription basis and may require an account provisioned by WaveFront support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may not use the services if you are located in, or are a resident of, a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions administered by the UAE, UN, EU, US (OFAC) or other applicable authority.

4. Self-Custody and Zero-Knowledge Architecture — Important

Our products are built on a zero-knowledge, self-custody model. This means:

  • Private keys, seed phrases and wallet credentials are generated, stored and used exclusively on your own devices (including third-party hardware wallets). WaveFront never has access to them and never asks for them.
  • Data you store in Secure Vault is encrypted on your device before transmission. WaveFront stores only ciphertext and cannot read, decrypt or recover its contents.
  • IF YOU LOSE YOUR PASSWORD, RECOVERY PHRASE, HARDWARE WALLET OR OTHER ACCESS FACTORS, WAVEFRONT CANNOT RESTORE ACCESS TO YOUR ENCRYPTED DATA OR DIGITAL ASSETS. Loss of your access factors may result in permanent, irreversible loss of data and assets.
  • WaveFront is a software and services provider. WE ARE NOT A CUSTODIAN, BANK, EXCHANGE, BROKER, WALLET-AS-A-SERVICE PROVIDER OR MONEY TRANSMITTER. We do not hold, control or transfer your digital assets and we do not execute transactions on your behalf.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • safeguarding your passwords, recovery information, two-factor authentication devices and hardware wallets;
  • verifying all transaction details (recipient addresses, amounts, network fees) on the screen of your hardware wallet before approving any transaction;
  • completing the verification steps built into the products (for example, cross-checking wallet policy verification codes with other participants through an independent channel);
  • maintaining secure devices and up-to-date software, and protecting your devices against malware and unauthorized access;
  • the accuracy of information you provide to us;
  • compliance with the laws and tax obligations applicable to you, including those governing the ownership and transfer of digital assets in your jurisdiction.

6. Digital Asset Risks

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • blockchain transactions are irreversible; neither you nor WaveFront can cancel or reverse a confirmed transaction;
  • the value of digital assets is volatile and may decline to zero;
  • blockchain networks are operated by third parties; WaveFront does not control network congestion, fees, forks, protocol changes or outages;
  • transaction records on public blockchains are public and permanent;
  • the regulatory treatment of digital assets differs between jurisdictions and may change.

7. No Advice

Nothing on the Website or in our products or communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or estate-planning advice. Inheritance and emergency-access features are technical mechanisms only; they do not replace a will, trust or other legal instrument, and their legal effect may vary by jurisdiction. Consult your own professional advisers.

8. Fees and Payment

Fees for products and services are agreed individually in a quote, order form or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has been delivered or the subscription period has started. Network (blockchain) fees are paid by you and are not collected by WaveFront.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or evasion of sanctions;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written authorization;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our software except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the services to third parties without our written consent;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of this section.

10. Software License

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, WaveFront grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our client software in object-code form for your internal purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The software, Website content, trademarks, logos and documentation are the property of WaveFront or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws, including patent applications covering our wallet-initialization technology.

11. Third-Party Products and Services

Our products interoperate with third-party hardware, software and networks (for example, hardware wallets, messaging services and public blockchain networks). WaveFront does not control and is not responsible for third-party products or services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of them is governed by the respective third party's terms.

12. Availability and Changes to the Services

We aim to keep the services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the services, or update software, with reasonable notice where practicable. Certain operations require connectivity to our servers and to third-party blockchain networks.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVEFRONT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO SECURITY TECHNOLOGY IS ABSOLUTE; WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR IMMUNE TO ALL ATTACKS, OR THAT DATA OR ASSETS CANNOT BE LOST AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACTS OR OMISSIONS, THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WAVEFRONT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES;
  • WAVEFRONT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES CAUSED BY YOUR LOSS OF PASSWORDS, RECOVERY DATA OR HARDWARE DEVICES, BY YOUR FAILURE TO PERFORM THE VERIFICATION STEPS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5, BY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR BY BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK EVENTS;
  • WAVEFRONT'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO WAVEFRONT FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WaveFront, its officers, employees and contractors from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your use of the services.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision would expose WaveFront to legal or security risk. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections 4, 6, 7, 10 and 13–19 survive termination. Because of the self-custody design, termination of services does not by itself deprive you of access to your digital assets held under keys you control.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its "Last updated" date, is published on the Website. Material changes affecting active customers will be notified through the service or by email where practicable. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

19. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with any product-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and WaveFront regarding the services.
